Day 1

Begin your trip today and fly from the UK to Los Angeles. Spend the afternoon relaxing by your pool or head out to the beach.

Day 2

Spend a fun filled day at one of the many theme parks in the city, Universal Studios, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm - the choice is yours!

Day 3

Collect your hire car and drive north to the American Riviera - beautiful Santa Barbara! With gorgeous beaches, a great food and shopping scene you will have plenty to keep you busy.

Day 4

Visit the historic mission, the stunning county courthouse or explore the Funk Zone on a guided food & drink tour.

Day 5

Continue your coastal journey north, through the amazing scenery of San Luis Obispo County. Take a dune buggy out onto the expanse of Pismo Beach, or spot the families of sea otters in the harbour at Morro Bay.

Day 6

The iconic California Highway 1 awaits today, with plenty of photo opportunities on this unforgettable drive through the famous Big Sur. Stop to visit the amazing Piedras Blancas elephant seal rookery, or park up and walk to the viewpoint of McWay Falls.

Day 7

Take a boat trip over to Alcatraz Island and tour the famous prison, or explore Union Square. Ride the historic trams and head to Lombard Street - the 'crookedest street in the world'!

Day 8

A final day for more exploring, or maybe a spot of souvenir shopping before taking your flight home this evening.
